We had a delicious breakfast today before heading to yoga and Crossfit this morning:
*Coffee (of course!)
*eggs with onions, spinach, red pepper, garlic, pepper and hot sauce
*fruit salad with 1 granny smith apple, one gala apple, 1 pear, 1 banana, juice from 1 lemon and 1 lime.
It was delicious and gave us lots energy to workout this morning!
